Our agents will collect (copies) of all required documents from the Enforcement debtor including the following:

Completed form 71 – Statement of Financial Position

Bank Statements

Rental Slips

Pay Slips

Registration Papers

and all other documents the Enforcement Creditor have requested on the Summons

* If debtor’s fail to appear before the court on the hearing date our agents WILL have a warrant issued for the debtor’s arrest, to have them brought before the court.
