Field calls are conducted by licensed commercial agents to gather information about a debtor. Our clients may want our agents to attend an address to confirm if the debtor still resides at the address and to obtain updated contact details from the person. Our agents may at some stage during a field call need to speak with neighbours to ascertain if a person still resides at an address.

After an attendance at an address our agents report back with all the information gathered which is then forwarded to our clients. Our clients then may want to proceed with legal action depending on the outcome of the field call
